Aight so I’ll try to analyze Mat’s verse before he posts a video, just to see how many things I got right and how many I missed:

“Make way and get out of my way or you’re gonna feel the pain of my galaxy brain” = galaxy referencing space, where all three of them are from, brain referencing their Psychic type. Also could be a nod to the “galaxy brain” meme, implying how intelligent Psychic types are and how they’ll make YOU have an aneurysm from their massive noggins.
“In battle I aim a lightyear above the waist” = referencing how when shooting people “aim above the waist” while lightyear measures distance between bodies in space (a nod to the Trainer in Brock’s Gym) which makes sense if Lunala or Solgaleo are shooting from their positions in space.
“And lay waste to you sons in a radiant phase” = sons used as a homophone for Suns, while radiant phase is a reference to Solgaleo’s “Radiant Sun” form.
“The kind Galileo finds with a naked eye” = reference to Galileo Galilei, the Italian astronomer who used the telescope to make astronomical discoveries and is also the origin of Solgaleo’s name. The naked eye means that you don’t need a telescope to see the sun and moon from earth, while also a nod to Solgaleo’s third eye, as shown in the vid.
“Solgaleo the type that can put the steel to your mind” = obvious reference to his typing, mind = Psychic + Steel, while also a nod to the scene, shown in the vid, where he breaks Lusamine free from Nihilego by freeing her mind from its control.
“And then you get sunsetted and greeted in due time by the beast that calls the Batman in the Moon Knight” = obvious reference to DC’s Batman and Marvel’s Moon Knight who are counterparts of each other in their universes, while Batman is also a nod to Lunala who’s a bat. Sunsetted nods at the sun setting, which means the moon comes out, so the “beast” in question is Lunala.
“Too bright, when I loot light, you’ll be soon blind” = now that Solgaleo and Lunala have been covered, comes Necrozma the prism being that refracts light and “loots” it/ steals it in the games, with “soon blind” not only saying that you’ll lose your sight from his brightness, but also from when he steals all of the world’s light, you’ll be cast in darkness and practically blind.
“And I don’t mean to brag, but when I fuse rhymes I reach new heights” = obvious nod to his fusions with the other two legendaries
“I’m not Nebby anymore, I’ll put you in the bag” = saying that Lunala/Solgaleo are not in control of the fused forms, but Necrozma is, and he’ll put you in a body bag. (kill you)
“‘Cause I’m a kaleidoscope of ultra novas” = kaleidoscope, an optical device in the shape of a tube that shows an array of light reflected imagery usually using THREE mirrors (as in Solgaleo, Lunala and Necrozma) to make those images, references the center part of Fused Necrozma’s head, which is shown coming out of Lunala in the vid. “Ultra novas” combines supernovas, a catastrophic explosion in which a star glows brighter, with “Ultra Beast” which is what Necrozma is.
“Top of the Totem pole but” = reference to Totem Pokemon and Totem Battles, the entire gimmick of Alola, implying that Necrozma is the strongest out of them and therefore at the top, while also a nod to totem poles.
“So Aloha to the Alola!” = our favorite catchphrase from this channel, now used at the end of the verse, ’cause Aloha is used for saying both “Hello” and “Goodbye” and so here it says farewell to the Alola region if Necrozma steals all of its light.
