I mean Sword and shield already devalued legendaries (even excluding transfer legends thanks to Dynamax adventures) to a degree and it even collapsed the value of shinies as well with how easily exploitable raids are so not much is really any different from before go connectivity became a thing.

With the abundance of legendary Pokémon out there now there are rare legendary Pokémon that are authentic (non-hacked) and non-pokemon GO. I like that cause I never played GO and all my Pokémon are legit. My shiny Pokémon are special to me.

This is how the video game market is right now. Everyone gets a participation trophy so they’ve watered down the hard work many people have put in for years. It’s all about making the casual player coming back to spend money on a game. I’m not a fan because at level 25 in PoGo I have 5 legends and all I’ve done is leeched.
