Bro I think something is up with Roy’s Wattrel-
1. It’s eyes are more similar to Kilowattrel’s sharp ones than the other Wattrels’ goofy round ones.
2. Friede’s Seminar today talked about how a Wattrel’s wings create electricity while flying through the wind, but Roy’s Wattrel’s wings created electricity while attempting to fly normally but when actually hit by wind there was no electricity.
I wonder if it is case similar to the Glaceon episode in Journeys where she stored too much power, but here it might be that Wattrel has potential similar to a Kilowattrel. The capture was cool tho.

Seems like next week’s episode will also have 2(actually 3) parallel plots.
1. Where the team goes to search for Liko.
2. Liko in an unforgettable experience with Sprigatito to remember (forced pun intended)
&3. Iono and Dot collab.
I presume Dot may actually collab w/ Iono to kind of share a metaphorical ‘Missing Poster’ for Liko, so maybe 1&3 will merge.

The end with Spinel tricking Liko with the fake ad to hypnotise her was cool (which I now realise he thought up of when we saw his Beeyhem spying on both Murdock and Liko on their way back). I don’t think Liko act the same after this experience, losing her kinda-family heirloom and having to roam in a city herself without memories. Not to mention Nyahoja will probably run away again. Would definitely be more paranoid and maybe aggressive to the villains, maybe take more initiative in dealing with them.

Interestingly enough, this is the first bird flying Pokémon that has been caught in the anime since Ash’s Fletching in the XY series. Unless you count Rowlet in the sun and moon series but he was also a grass starter Pokémon, so it doesn’t really count as much I don’t think.

So based on what Roy got a wattrell the Pokémon I see liko getting is Flamingo a flying paldea bird, tadbulb because they are seeing iono and it’s a electric type, ducklett it’s a flying type and is similar to quaxly and she is a big nidothing fan and of course what a bunch of fans want her to get a tinkaton it would be great. I kinda hope tadbulb isn’t liko electric Pokémon same for Roy with wattrell because I really want them to get plusel and minun for their electric Pokémon not only because no main cast had them in their team but their is 2 of them a pika clone and match their hair color
