This guy is spoofing, he’s teleporting to all 100% iv Bellsprout and then checking if its a Shundo. If it is not a Shundo, he continues to teleport to other Bellsprout until he finds the Shundo. When the Shundo is found, he backs away from it until its out of render distance. Then he presses his little record button and acts like he found it just wandering around the place. Not to mention that it’s incredibly noticable that he is spoofing judging by the fact that he is playing Community Day for Bellsprout which is 2-5PM Local Time when its night time on his Pokemon GO app and he hides his account name as well. What I’m trying to say in short words is that the video is staged and is not a “random occurance” like he tries to make it out to be. People who believe this are actual clowns… lol.
