They should make Fresh Water deal 150 DMG if you use it on a fire Pokémon,if its 4x weak to water then it deals 300 DMG

Mt. Silver is also based on Mount Fuji. I’m sure you’ve seen some sort of Fuji mineral water being sold, for claiming it’s healthier for you. I guess the same applies in the Pokemon world (but really works).
